Employing adults living with various developmental disabilities, Starworks is a social enterprise that provides packaging and fulfillment services for various businesses in Vancouver’s lower mainland. I’ll never forget my visit there with Alex Grant while they were assembling our order for the 2010 Olympic Athlete’s Village project and we got to meet a bunch of their employees who were busily completing our order. From the smiles on their employees’ faces to their attention to detail it was evident to us that their business creates a lot of good in the work they do.
