Is shipping included?

Shipping incurs an additional charge, depending on how many gifts are ordered and where they’re headed. For orders of 10 or less gifts a shipping costs $10.95 within the City of Vancouver and $15 for orders destined within Metro Vancouver. For orders above 10 gift baskets please enquire for a shipping quote. Orders headed outside of Vancouver are shipped via UPS. To view our entire shipping policy please click here.

Can I pick my order up?

You can pick up your order from our Strathcona office and warehouse. It’s a great space with an amazing green roof deck with views of the port, North Shore and city skyline. Come by for a tour, we’re happy to show you around.

Do you provide rush services if I need my gift today?

Yes, if you need your gift basket the same day you order it we’re happy to rush your order to the head of the line. A $10 per gift charge is added for this service. As long as your order is received by 2pm, our standard service is for next day delivery.

Do you ship to the USA?

Due to the various FDA regulations our ability to ship food based gift baskets into the United States is limited. Please give us a call to enquire.

We do service the United States with our promotional products business and are happy to help you with all your green promo and branded eco apparel needs.

Can I include a bottle of wine or spirits in my gift basket?

We can purchase wine or spirits on your behalf and include it in your gift basket. We do charge a $5 fee per bottle for this service. Just let us know what you’d like to include or take a look at our list of recommended BC wineries. Sending alcohol as a corporate gift may not produce the results you’re looking for from your gift basket program. To learn more about sending alcohol as a corporate gift click here.

Can I come visit your green roof?

Come down for a visit! Just give us a call at  604.210.2932 to schedule a tour of our Vancouver office in the heart of the Strathcona Green Zone.

Can I include a customized greeting card in my gift basket?

We’ll print your customized greeting on one of our 100% recycled cards and include it in your gift at no extra charge.

Do you use gift baskets?

We designed our signature gift boxes to eliminate wasteful packaging associated with the conventional gift basket industry. Made locally using 100% recycled paper, our gift boxes tread lightly on the environment and do it in style. If you’d like your gift box displayed open for presentation just let us know and we’ll make sure it looks great for your event, give away, door prize or tradeshow.

Absolutely, customizing gift boxes is our specialty. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll help you create the gift of your dreams. If its an order of 1 or 1000, we’ll ensure your gifts are well received, tell a meaningful story and make a memorable impression, guaranteed.
