More than a pen - this gift is improving the lives of women living in one of the poorest and socially challenged regions in Canada.
Each pen is hand made by Tradeworks Custom Products, a social enterprise that trains and employs women living in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside working to improve their lives. The women go through a carpentry training program helping them move into careers in the trades. The pens come in a variety of woods including reclaimed walnut and cherry, or BC pine beetle. FSC certified materials available upon request. Each pen can be laser engraved to your specifications - adding the recipient's name is a great touch. Includes 100% recycled gift box with customizable story turning each pen into a gift experience.
The pens are refillable - using a standard "cross" style cartridge helping to keep you top of mind for years to come.
