Substitutions

If there's something you'd like to see or change in your gift basket order just let us know and we'll substitute products as appropriate based on their value. We reserve the right to swap out products of the same value when necessary

Standard Lead Times

The cut off time for orders is 2pm. Next day delivery for business addresses only. City of Vancouver is next business day. Metro Vancouver and residential deliveries are 2 business days. For orders larger than a 10 gifts we do require 5-10 business days to assemble your order. Various promotional products and engraved wood gifts require various lead times (2-4 weeks). Please give us a call to enquire and we’ll work with you to meet your timeline.

Return Policy

We take care and precaution in preparing your gift orders for delivery. If for some reason your gifts have been damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can promptly resolve the issue.
