A Vancouver-based social enterprise that works in Central and South America with farming communities helping to develop fair trade co-ops. Since 1995 they've roasted and distributed their own fairly traded, bird friendly, shade grown, organic coffee, using 100% of their profits to support human rights projects in Latin America. Paying their farmers over 20% the fair trade minimum, Café Ético definitely passes the Saul Good litmus test.
