CocoaNymph Chocolate & Confections


We first met Rachel at the Feast of Fields event in the fall of 2007 out at the UBC Farm. Her hand-made chocolates and sweets tasted great and I knew it was just a matter of time before we’d have some of her products in our repertoire. In the fall of 2009 she developed a line of candied nuts for us, packaged in biodegradable containers sourced from Susanna at BSI Biodegradable Solutions. Her SeaNymph chocolate bars, dark Belgian chocolate with fleur de sel and bits of Engligh toffee are to die for.
