I’ll never forget my first bite of Denman Island Chocolate, that rich, velvety, minty goodness. It was the fall of 1999 and I was a wide eyed student at the University of Victoria. Chocolate fondue was huge on the potluck circuit that Fall. Daniel et al pretty much founded the organic chocolate industry in Canada with the highest standards and integrity; and they’re still working it to this day. They even take all their orders to the post office via bike trailer!
