Nico is the olive man. The first time I met him was at the Kitsilano Farmers Market in the summer of 2009. Pretty hard to resist those blue cheese & pear stuffed olives my friend! Can’t wait for Nico to figure out how to put those in jars! Prepared in West Vancouver, BC
