I was gifted a bottle of intriguing Holy Grail White Lie Whisky Caramel Sauce by some friends who were staying with me over the holidays. Made by a family friend of theirs, Hilary Haseltine. One taste and I had to meet Hilary. I learned she is a culinary artist, crafting up both sweet and savory sauces that delight. Made in Vancouver, BC you might just find Hilary at one of Vancouver’s Farmers Markets if you’re lucky.
