It was the summer of 2006 and I found myself on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica near the Panama border at Punta Mona, a jungle farm run by some incredible characters, Stephen and Zack. They've been busy these last years and have built quite the enterprise, working with farmers in Central America to grow and produce a line of fair trade organic superfood snacks.
