Talk about passion and commitment. Eric Whitehead has been harvesting wild mushrooms in the forests of British Columbia since 1999. He hand picks and dries mushrooms on site with the highest standards for quality. He reminds me of friends of mine living on the Island, it’s not anything specific, its just a way of life I like to call "Island Style”.
