What time do I need to place my order by for next day delivery?
Vancouver gift delivery
Orders must be placed by 12pm (Pacific time), on business days, to qualify for next day gift basket delivery in Vancouver. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard, Purolator or CanadaPost which all offer next day delivery for Vancouver, surrounding municipalities and most of BC. Orders received after 12pm will be assembled and shipped the next business day.
Toronto gift delivery
Orders must be placed by 12pm (Eastern time), on business days, to qualify for next day gift basket delivery in Toronto. Orders are shipped via Purolator or CanadaPost which offers next day delivery for Toronto, surrounding municipalities and most of ON. Orders received after 12pm will be assembled and shipped the next business day.
Do you ship to the USA?
Due to the various FDA regulations, our ability to ship food based gift baskets into the United States is limited. Give us a call, email or order online, and we’ll be happy to explain what we can do to meet your needs. We can help, it just requires some extra attention on our side. Can I pick up my gift basket order?
Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service at this time.
Do you provide rush services if I need my gift today?
Same day service is only currently available for our Vancouver gift baskets. Give us a call at 1.800.848.6102 or locally in Vancouver at 604.210.2932 and we'll do our best to meet your needs based on availability. A $20 same day shipping rate will be charged. Orders requiring same day service must be placed by 12pm Pacific time. Shipments to commercial addresses will be delivered by 5pm and to residential addresses by 7pm that evening. Additional shipping fees may apply if you require quicker service.
