How much does shipping cost?

Gift baskets priced at $99 and above qualify for free shipping within Canada. If you're purchasing multiple gifts shipping to the same Canadian address and the total is $99 or higher you also qualify for free shipping.

For gift baskets that do not qualify for free shipping, we offer a $12 flat rate to most places in Canada. This $12 flat rate is valid for most Canadian shipping destinations, but may not apply to remote communities or provinces, for example (ex. Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut ship at $25 flat rate). For more information about shipping costs to rural communities, please contact us at 1.800.848.6102.

 

Delivery windows

Although we actively monitor the number of days we expect a gift to be delivered, and do our best to meet requested delivery dates, we are not able to guarantee specific delivery dates. If your order has a firm required delivery date please contact our customer service team at 1.800.848.6102 x1 to explore options to ensure we meet your expectations.

What time do I need to place my order for next-day delivery?

 

Vancouver gift delivery

Orders must be placed by 11 a.m. (Pacific time), on business days, to qualify for next-day gift basket delivery in Vancouver. Orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator, or CanadaPost which all offer next-day delivery for Vancouver and surrounding municipalities. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be assembled and shipped the next business day. During our peak season months of November and December, additional lead time is required and next-day service is not available. As you go through the checkout process please note our promised delivery window as you select your preferred shipping method.

Toronto gift delivery

Orders must be placed by 11 a.m. (Eastern time), on business days, to qualify for next-day gift basket delivery in Toronto. Orders are shipped via UPS, or Canada Post which all offer next-day delivery for Vancouver and surrounding municipalities. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be assembled and shipped the next business day. During our peak season months of November and December, additional lead time is required and next-day service is not available. As you go through the checkout process please note our promised delivery window as you select your preferred shipping method.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we do. We charge a flat shipping rate to the US at $45 per shipment. Please note that due to changing FDA regulations, our ability to ship food-based gift baskets into the United States can be limited. You can place an order online or give us a call if you have any questions.

 

Can I pick up my gift basket order?

We do not operate physical stores where gift boxes can be picked up in person. All gifts ship from our various warehouses in Vancouver and Toronto and we currently do not offer order pick-up options at this time.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, and on occasion, private couriers. It all depends on where the gift is going and what type of address the gift is being delivered to. Our policy is to check the delivery address and make an informed decision about what delivery method would ensure the smoothest delivery experience possible, based on our experience and agreements with these various carriers. 

 

Do you deliver on weekends?

We only deliver gift boxes Monday to Friday based on our carriers' delivery schedules. 

What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery attempt is made?
Commercial addresses

Our shipping carriers will reattempt delivery on the next business day. We monitor all our shipments until they are delivered, and in the event of a delivery issue, we notify the recipient or sender.

Residential addresses

If the recipient isn't home our carrier partners will leave the gift in a safe place at the door if available. If a safe place to leave the gift isn't available, they will leave your gift at the nearest pickup location.
